Shipping Locations and Restrictions

While we strive to ship to all 50 states within the U.S., certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on state or local laws. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are legally allowed to receive the products in their state. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates shipping restrictions. For any customer specific questions regarding the legality of your state, you should consult an attorney before purchasing our products. Please note, we do not offer international shipping. Shipping is limited to the 50 states within the U.S., and any applicable U.S. territories.

Shipping Services

We utilize FedEx, UPS or USPS for our shipping services. Shipping methods may vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping speed selected at checkout. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Times

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order's progress on the carrier's website.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and holidays. Please allow for potential delays during peak shipping seasons.

Products Lost or Damaged in Transit 

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. While we thoroughly inspect all packages before delivering to the shipping carriers, we understand that packages may be damaged during transport. 

Please check your shipment carefully upon delivery. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving your order, and we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis. CCD requests that customers retain all original packaging and documentation in case a claim needs to be filed and/or for customer service to review. Please note that this does not guarantee a refund or exchange.
